I received a tracking number, but it took nearly a week for the package to be shipped from the time the tracking number was given. Item was shipped after contacting the seller about an ETA. Seller did not respond to my request until after the package was received by the shipping company. Again, not timely. Also, the item is in more of a heavily used condition than described. It was overpriced considering it was fair to good condition vs lightly used.
