    The entire process was really easy and the package arrived very quickly, so I'm very happy there. The contents of the box were all accounted for which was great as well. The iPad was tested as well, and everything works which is great to see. Unfortunately, I discovered the shell of the iPad was quite dented in many places, and the frame was bent near the charging point, so listing this as 'New' might have been a bit of a stretch.
