Seller has Incredible communication skills, and this was needed in our exchange because the shipper lost the package. Seller was persistent and had the knowledge to understand what necessary steps were available to be initiated with the shipper to prompt an internal investigation and search for the package. I Eventually received the quite expensive item, and it was packed phenomenally well.
