I received the fragile item in perfect condition because the seller had gone to great lengths to add multiple layers of bubble wrap and other packing materials to insure it would be thoroughly protected. They e-mailed me to alert me to when the item was sent from their location as well. This seller I feel, did a fantastic packaging and delivery job and I would highly recommend buying from tem!!!!
