    Puppet was not as white as pictured in some photos. Could see dirt on it but not readily. Paid a decent price for what I got but still a little disappointed. Received item at time promised. Packaging was fine. I do not get how Ebay calculates shipping. Have seen same items for different S&H prices. Feel that the shipping was a little high. S&H price has caused me not to consider some items at which I looked.

    I charged $5.50 for shipping it actually cost me over $7 to ship and I accepted his $12 offer I don't price gouge on shipping most of the time I eat the difference. for some reason its always the low ballers that complain lol

The hat was put in a box with absolutely nothing to protect it, not even a dry cleaning bag. It arrived undamaged but it’s been raining a lot in Texas. Taking the extra step to ensure the product arrives undamaged tells the customer that you care.
