On first glance, looked as described. though packaging was terrible, and psu bracket has been damaged. Initial power on, dead makes all the right noises, but nothing on the display, cmos battery was flat at around 2.6v - changed that, no joy, swapped ram out of a known good QNAP, nadda, zip, zilch... 3 figure metallic turd on the desk sadly.
