Packaging was fine, plenty of paper added to stop the muffler from slipping around the box. Muffler is as described, same in the picture and even had the clamp which is obviously super helpful. After shipping and taxes and import fees, value was a little cheaper than new. Next time I need something for my bike, if Metz has it, I'm buying it.
