They tried to sell me a product that is missing parts for functionality and aesthetics for the printer. And when I asked for a refund, they said that there was all set up and ready to go, but they didn’t do their job on the eBay site and never gave me the refund. So I had to spend more time contacting eBay and waiting out the time and eBay give me the money back not the seller. Deceitful.
