When it arrived I received regular white envelope but the left side envelope appeared to be cut or torn open with no cards and only the plastic cards holder which was not taped or secured in the envelope. I messaged the seller right away, he said it doesn't happen often but he has seen it before. He gave me a full refund (he responded even while on vacation which was nice and he didn't have to). Only thing to say is thicker packaging for large orders.
