    Very unprofessional people. Sold me dry rotted sneakers the bottoms came included after 3 days of wearing them.

    Incorrect, shoes did not have dry rot, it appears some of the glue came undone from the sole. It is common and could have been easily resolved with a little shoe glue. Shoes returned were trashed. Stained green, scuffs and filthy dirty. Buyer committed libel by accusing us of selling her our reject shoes. This is the only pair of shoes we had. We issued a full refund, not sure of what is unprofessional about that. A little kindness goes a long way, we would have refunded without the return.
