I would have returned the scanner but I had travelled great distance to the customers site and spent a day on travel. The box was for a Canon 190iII with different serial number than the one in the box which was a Canon 190i. I should be refunded $350 to validate the credibility of the seller. To be fair, I am sure the seller Arigolsurplus was not aware.
