    Item was lost, misplaced & advised to Buyer & fully refunded ASAP. This happens at time & I am sorry about this fact. The Buyer was fully refunded so the statement the item NEVER ARRIVED is not quite the right comment, but FREE speech luckily is still allowed in AUSTRALIA.
