The only strap adjustment is at the latch so the ear loops may tickle your ear lobes like mine do but I got use to it. It looks and feels bigger than a road helmet as now I see the helmet which looks like a small visor in my field of view, which is not a problem. It's comfortable, vent's worked well but no place to store sunglasses. Awesome looking helmet and comes with a spare set of pads
