    Seller has poor packaging on a 26$ small watch it came to me damaged , # 1 your customer is always right a cheap item refund and move on #2 people don’t want resolution center we just want a refund on damaged items , we don’t need a 3rd party to verify what you can see in the pictures it’s a waste of time ,#3 get bubble wrap and painters tape secure small items #4 don’t act offended or threatened when people give you advice on what to do #5 keep your$ I hope people read and don’t buy from you

    Item was shipped in its original secure packaging. The part shown wouldn’t simply fall off during transit and appears tampered with. I remained polite throughout, but the buyer was aggressive and refused to open a return case, which is required for a proper refund. We stand by our careful shipping and always aim to resolve issues fairly through the correct eBay process.
