    The item ( a used laptop) arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It cost ~£100 compared to a new price in 2016 of around €1600. It was generally in good condition, but there was a sticky mark on the laptop palm rest, which was difficult to remove. This was, however, mentioned in the item listing. The supplied charger ran quite hot, so I had to buy a more powerful one. The seller refunded me the cost of the replacement charger. The seller was helpful and courteous. Thank you.

    Good value, fast and fair postage, as described and working , the only issue is that the I/O shield was on the back of the motherboard in the anti static bag which could of caused damage, checked for damage and looked OK, could of done with a bit more bubble wrap as the box was quite flat due to delivery.
