We mentioned that we would accept the return but buyer is demanding labor cost and wanting to keep the item and refund him which is ridiculous! Also the part was tested and working. Now your buying a used part so no one can predict on how long it can last! That is the risk on buying a used part at a lower price compared to new! That is why we as sellers accept returns. It seems like this guy was trying to pull a scam!
