I contacted the seller who advised that we had been notified of the damage. However, the carrier handed the package to us, damaged corner hidden from view & without comment. Inside the box the polystyrene protective strips did not protect the middle and it was here that the handle was damaged. As the item worked and the seller offered a generous discount we kept item
