Once I turned it on and I went through the start up and set up WiFi I checked out the loaded apps. Love love love the larger screen! It looks and feels like a brand new computer, you would never know it was refurbished. So worth the money, it was just what I could afford and was not disappointed! The package was also sealed up tight. Could not be happier 😊

When it got here, I plugged the unit in to try it out and the screen has 2 dark spots over the surface. I am very disappointed of the service you provided, and the quality of the computer you sold me. It wasn't even cleaned or washed, and I had to take off the gummy stuff from some sticker. There was an item missing, a keyboard that wasn't in the box. Mouse and power cord where there.
