    Package was taking longer than expected to arrive and it had been weeks since the last tracking update, so I informed the buyer I was worried it might be lost. They dismissed me and said there was nothing to be done, instead of at least attempting to check the tracking on their side or contact the shipping company. They just said they usually lose packages and that was it. Considering it was a 50€ purchase, I expected more involvement. Other than that, no complaints about the product received.
