The seller claimed the jacket was dry cleaned, but it arrived uncleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was clearly not as described. On top of that, the seller falsely stated they paid for shipping, even though I covered the shipping costs. The "money-back guarantee" they advertised turned out to be meaningless—no resolution or refund was offered despite the condition of the item. I would not trust this seller again.
