    Positive: Great communication, quick shipping, and excellent packaging. Seller handled mistakes well—sent the correct item quickly and let me keep the wrong one as compensation. Criticism:Accidental product(green) was overpriced, in my opinion, and non-functional (rusty, stiff, faulty tension knobs). Required repairs and had to be taken apart and extensively cleaned, unlike the intended purchase (which I’m absolutely happy with) and costs similarly. Verdict: Would buy again despite the hiccup.
