    Packaged well and shipped promptly. Arrived in good condition. The purchase was a gamble (and marked untested, thus no claim to be working). I was hoping I'd get lucky and get a working bigfoot anyway. These drives as a rule are unreliable (even when new), and unfortunately this one doesn't work (it seeks back and forth forever).
