Messaged seller but it took two weeks for a reply, & even then the reply was, "the manfacturer will deal with it, & this could take 2-3 weeks." Not acceptable. Selling items as new, & marking them as "no returns accepted" doesn't exclude your obligations as a seller. The contract is between the buyer and the seller, not the buyer and the manfacturer. Buyer shouldn't have to wait over a month for a resolution. Ended up fixing the issue myself. Beware.
