In fact, the 4 Disc Feet were rotten and some were cracked. When I sat down, they disintegrated. I had to buy 4 new ones, an extra cost of almost $20! I still paid a new chair price for it, it wasn't cheap! It's very annoying not to be able to trust the seller and having to check everything at the time of pickup.
