    Requested to cancel immediately and apologized genuinely. Instead they marked it “shipped” immediately after my request & said they don’t accept returns. Followed by statingI would have to “take it up with eBay”. Even though the listing states clearly they accept returns. Could have saved them the trouble of shipping and saved me the $5 of return shipping but decided to be unreasonable. Baffled why it had to be so difficult.

    Buyer is completely omitting the fact that he had purchased the same item before and cancelled the transaction saying he already one. Then he goes and purchases it again and requests another cancellation saying he thought it was something different! What is it with this person, low IQ. i am not a department store.
