Unfortunately, the items were not packaged well enough to withstand shipping & two arrived with damaged covers. There was communication w/ the seller through eBay and I provided photos. In transit as I never send damaged playbills, two of the four happened to get the SMALLEST crease before arriving. She critiqued how I packaged things and I stated that this problem has not happened before. I stated that I would look into it and fix the problem for future sales, I have. She has accused me of being defensive and suspicious when I have been nothing nice.
