    The Dell laptop is locked, I bought it as a birthday gift to my wife but was so disappointed that the initial setup was impossible because it kept asking for school or work email, and not a personal email to logon to the Microsoft. I guess this laptop was owned by a company or school that locked it against public usage. The seller ought to have checked the condition of the laptop to confirm that the software was usable before selling, my wife is so sad about this. I need my refund urgently
