The laptop works perfectly and is in really good shape, just as described. The charger didn't work, so they sent a new one ASAP. Customer service was friendly. It was packaged fairly well. It was also a pretty good deal, I think their items are more fairly priced. I would highly recommend buying from them. I definitely will in the future!
