The show is traditionally in Korean, regardless if you watch the show in Korean with English subtitles or English dubbing the sound is badly out of sync such as someone being slapped resulting in the sound of that slap occurring a few seconds later it's unwatchable. The Item is listed as no returns so there is no point in contacting the seller. The only option is leaving a negative review. I'd recommend you change your position on returns.
