    Item was damaged. Packing was poor. 11 sheets of crumpled paper and a thin sheet of bublble wrap. Item had fully 4inches of room to bang around inside the box, 9 of 14 front panel switches were rendered.useless. A call to EAW service center and a visit to a local electronics repair said 2hrs. to disassemble/ remove front panel , Correct issues if pcboards werent cracked...jost to turn it on to check if even worked..You showed total disrespect to a piece of electronics that is now not cost effect
