    Item arrived damaged, but still functional. The seller went above and beyond, actually called me once I reached out to report the damage and advised me to take up an insurance claim with USPS. This was the best possible outcome. I got a running locomotive at a great price and the seller (non-profit museum) didn’t have to eat a return. Hooray for good old fashioned person to person communication! Will happily do business with this seller again, and glad to support their project.

    The shipping was not cheap and arrived quite fast. The downside of the packing was the box broke in shipping. The engine was hanging out near the side but survived. Still worth the price and was accurately described.

    The shipping cost wasnt bad even with USPS raising rates all the time. Well packed with bubble wrap and foam in the box. The items were as described and in great shape. Was a good value since it is hard to find that road name in good brass.
