This would qualify as tin plate construction which was in great condition, mostly original paint and very little rust. There was a big engine feel to the 4-4-0 engine with its long, black, rolled steel boiler. It will be a static display on my hodge podge O scale layout - somthing for the tourists to visit. A fair deal, thanks.
