While the packaging looked like name brand the actual contents had been switched out. I urge future buyers to be very cautious when dealing with this seller. I always issue full refunds to any customer. Before I could even do that, they post this. This is likely a scammer. The item sent was brand new and sealed - but now - it is cracked and allegedly different. This is a common scam sellers have to deal with - people swapping out their damaged products. Ridiculous. And there is always some sob story - Vet - terminal mother - like I would know any of that. It was a $12 faceplate that I am refunding.
