    Received the NAS in great condition as it was really well packaged and the price was very good, however I had a problem setting up as the latest fw has a bug that prevents you from setting up the NAS if it has been hard reset and doesn't contain the drives - although the seller probably didn't realise this - i only found out by googling the problem! Luckily the QNAP support forums are full of very helpful people and with a bit of wizardry using Putty SSH I was able to get sorted.
