His mistake cost me and my family shipping to him, the return shipping, final value fee and relisting fee. Then he said "I'm just a kid" like that makes it ok? Buyers need to realize that each return costs the seller, but they don't care. If I sent a bad item, then it is on me. I take care of my customers.
