I contacted them 3 times, and went to my local office twice, lost pckg ticket to track and talked to all 3 receiving Post Masters and all pkgs were lost and ALL orders were refunded. You rcvd a package of rope in error AFTER the fact due to a duplicate mailer print. I apologized!!! MY mugs are LOST!
