    bought this as an open box- condition=brand new, which included a 1 year warranty- The Samsung smartthings station doesn't work properly, only its charging capabilities work. It doesn't connect to smartthings hub or anything else. I tried multiple solutions including filling a claim using the Allstate warranty, but nothing worked & the claim was denied stating the issue is considered a pre-existing issue. Reached out to seller but was ignored, tried to turn but seller rejected. lost +$50. beware
