The outside plastic envelope was a bit ripped on one side. The negative side was Evri. Had I known they were the courier, I would not have bought from you. They took 9 days to deliver with several notices of out for delivery/back in the depot which became very tedious. And I changed it to collect from local Post Office, as Evri cannot find my house.
