I am based in South Africa, I had huge additional costs to get the items from Florida to my country, returning them is not an option, if you are willing to carry the cost I will do so gladly. Your diversion of asking me why I did not return the item and then being insulting by calling me a whining Karen/Ken is not working, you sent me a defective item and did not mention the problem in the item description. Deal with that, not me, I am not the problem, the defective razor is the problem.
