While new in the wrapper the cardboard template was creased and balled up in the shipping envelope but all the emblem letters are seemingly in good condition. I just wish they noted in their description the product was damaged. The template is unusable. The price being so good should have been a clue. If I didn't just need a couple letters I would have returned this.
