Item was described as pictured, but the shippinging could do improvement. These big jewel cases need a little space to breathe. Mine was shipped tightly in a box barely bigger than the case, which likely caused it to break at the hinges when delt with the mailing out process . Game works, so all is well. Just wish my case was protected better for shipping out.
