LOOK OUT BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!! I cancelled within a very short time and the seller hurried and packed and shipped the purse in less than 10 minutes so I couldn't cancel. Who does that? It was approved at first then denied. There was only a 1 inch and 1/4 difference in width and 1 inch and 1/2 in height. I didn't know there were two sizes. As soon as I looked up a few other purses, I cancelled ASAP. Never had a problem before.

Unfortunately, you did not view the photos with measurements and measurements in the description as well. The cancellation request was never approved because the item had already been dropped off and no longer in my hands as i had messaged you about. You can't approve a request and then deny it.
