Seller sent dress that was covered in a red stain from hair dye or something of that nature, which was obvious, and still sent it. Then after I opened a return and provided pictures the seller still took more of my time in making me return. Tracking indicates the dress was delivered back to her and I still have not received a refund. I stopped buying off Ebay for years, and now I am definitely done with Ebay after this. Closing this account after I fight for refund.

As a buyer you have the right to change mind but don't need to be rude, the dress didn't have stains, however I sent a refund once I got it, still the person left negative feedback, I was not going to refund without get the item back. Anyway, I understand some people will never be satisfied no matter how much you try and will be rude and wont try to communicate at all.(jungle manners). Have a good day and God bless you.
