Received the item doesn't power on no 2nd cord and communicating is terrible ignores messages causes someone to constantly bugging them, expects to not refund people and charge them for a return fee for a refund that eBay gives buyers for free, I tried to have patience but it only escalated to aggravation, it's simple and easy just refund people when they have a problem with the item you sell, just one out of 2 people this month that do not particularly know the TOS rules of selling on eBay.
