This is the worst packaging I have ever received. The item is ruined, but you are making it right with a return.
This js a collectible and you shipped it without padding? Let me retract that, you used a part of a usps envelope on one side of the box to protect it? This didn’t deserve multiple padded envelopes or maybe some newspaper? Seriously, if you’re going to run a successful business treat your customers like you want to be treated.
