Everything was great, but I didn't appreciate that seller put the hat in a bag to mail it. The hat arrived flat as a freaking pancake. Thankfully I bought another hat, similar to this one, and that one arrived in perfect condition. Hopefully seller learns from this and doesn't put a item that can be easily damaged in a freaking bag with NO protection 😕
