The computer arrived dirty and broken in one of its corners, and due to the blow one of its buttons does not work, the packaging arrived in perfect condition, so I presume that it was packed in these conditions, I would definitely not recommend this supplier.

We did not ship it like that. Buyer is from South America who used a forwarding company which damaged it. We did not contracted and have no connection to the his shipping forwarding company.
