That's totally untrue and not accurate. We exchanged dozen of messages about this & you opted to cancel the sale, less the cost of the royal mail fee's we'd encountered. You bought your item, we shipped to the address on the order using the eBay / royal mail automated labelling system. It was returned to us today at an additional recovery cost given the address detail was inadequate to locate your location. You then provided a different address before asking to cancel. Remove this swiftly
