    I purchased this 128GB USB flash drive advertised as an original Tesla-compatible device. However, when inserted into my Tesla Model 3, it gives a persistent “USB I/O error” and asks to remove the device. I tried formatting it to exFAT on my computer (both Windows and macOS), but the issue remains. Other USB drives work fine in the same port.
