I took very careful precaution in packaging this item as it is a glass fine china item. I also issued a full refund while offering my sincere apologies for the damages caused by the USPS shipping service. I feel this feedback is unfair & unnecessary as Feedback is of the utmost importance to me as a Seller. This is the ONLY negative feedback I have ever received. Please consider the negative effect this will have on my home business & revise or remove please.
